PasteInCell allows you to batch insert images into Google Sheets cells, including free and paid subscription tiers. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account and Data
You are responsible for your Google account activity. The Service accesses your Sheets and Drive only for the purpose of inserting images and storing temporary files. We do not sell or share your personal data except as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Free Tier & Payments
The free tier offers 5 lifetime insertions. After that, you may subscribe to the Pro plan for $5/month (USD). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Paddle account. Payments are processed by Paddle, and you agree to their terms.
5. Refund Policy
See our Refund Policy. For first‑time subscribers, we offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee. After that, no partial refunds for unused months.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to infringe on intellectual property, or to distribute malicious content. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteInCell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
