• Service refers to the Application.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address – used to track free usage quota and subscription status.
• Temporary Image Files – When you use the batch image insertion feature, the images you select are temporarily uploaded to a folder named PasteInCell_Temp in your own Google Drive. These images are stored solely to be displayed in your spreadsheet via the =IMAGE() function. We do not access, copy, or retain your images. You may delete the folder at any time without affecting your sheets (cells will show broken image links).
• Usage Data – collected automatically (e.g., feature usage, performance metrics) to improve the Service.

Usage Data
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor usage.
• To manage Your Account and registration.
• For the performance of a contract (e.g., when you subscribe to Pro).
• To contact You by email regarding updates, security notices, or support.
• To manage Your requests.
• For business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale).
• For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service.

Payment Processing
If you choose to upgrade to PasteInCell Pro, you will be redirected to a secure third‑party payment processor (Stripe or Paddle). We do not collect, store, or process any payment card information.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated, retention periods are up to 24 months. Temporary image files are stored in your own Google Drive and are not retained by us; they remain under your control until you delete them.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It may be transferred to computers located outside of Your jurisdiction. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You may contact us at the email below to request deletion. Please note that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
