At PasteInCell, we want you to be completely satisfied. This policy outlines your rights to a refund.

1. Free Trial

You receive 5 free insertions before any payment is required. You can test the full functionality without risk.

2. 7‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)

If you are a first‑time Pro subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked. To request, email hibobei@outlook.com with your account email and transaction ID.

3. Refunds After 7 Days

After the initial 7‑day period, refunds are not issued for partial months. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for future months.

4. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription directly from your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Technical Issues

If the Service is unavailable or defective for an extended period (more than 48 hours), you may request a pro‑rated refund for the downtime. We will evaluate each case individually.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hibobei@outlook.com with the subject "Refund Request". Include your Google account email and, if possible, the Paddle order number. We will process valid requests within 7 business days.
